FAQ

DEPOSITS:

Your deposit comes off the cost of your tattoo at your final session. Deposits are non refundable for any reason, please be sure you are ready to commit to a tattoo before booking.Deposits are not transferable - they are person/project specific. More Deposit info above.

RESCHEDULING:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. A minimum of 48hrs notice from your appointment day is required to transfer your deposit. You can reschedule your appointment a maximum of 2 times from the original date before a new deposit may be required. You may cancel your appointment and choose to wait to get in touch with us to rebook.

*We allow up to a year to rebook a canceled appointment.

CAN I SEE MY DRAWING?:

I never send artwork through email before appointments. I ask that clients take a look through my portfolio and Instagram to familiarize themselves with the style of my tattooing. Most of my tattooing I draw directly onto my clients at their appointment. I book extra time to make sure we have time to speak, look through photos and books, and make adjustments to your drawing together as we go. If your tattoo is drawn previous to your arrival, we will have time to look at it together and discuss before we start your tattoo.

CAN I USE NUMBING CREAM?:

Yes. I don’t mind if my clients use numbing cream. Please read the instructions and apply accordingly. I often run a little behind so it’s a good idea to call the shop and check to see how the day is running and when you should apply. Some tattooers prefer you do not use numbing cream so please be sure to check with your tattooer.

DO YOU TATTOO OVER SCARS?:

Yes, often! I’ve tattooed over many different types of scar tissue for many years. Please book a consultation to discuss or ask through email if it’s a project I can take on.

DO YOU DO COVER UPS?

Yes. Cover ups require a bit of a different process. Please send a photo of your existing tattoo in this booking response if you are needing a cover up. I need time to prepare for cover ups in advance and can’t do them as walk-ins or on the fly.

PARKING:

Please park in front of our tattoo shop (big blue building) accessed off of Rose Street. Please do not park in the driveway of our neighbours on Rose Street (Big black church)
